Cédric Béchade
Cédric Béchade, a native of Limoges, became passionate about cuisine when he was just 13 years old. He fell in love with the Basque Country when he worked at the Hôtel du Palais Biarritz but it was only after he had gained experience in luxury Parisian establishments with prestigious chefs (A.Ducasse, F.Piège) that he returned to the region he adored.
Hand-in-hand with his wife Marion, they now run the Auberge Basque with passion.
