There is nothing more natural than caring for your body's health and wellbeing with a cuisine symbolic of French excellence and art de vivre.

Take Pascal Pochon, for example, who for twenty years has been making clients of Thermes Marins de Saint-Malo salivate, while helping those in weight-loss therapy reconcile with desserts, like a delicious chocolate cake that's only 310 calories...  The Alliance Pornic Resort Hotel Thalasso & Spa is also noteworthy, with chef Gilles Defives selecting only the finest seasonal products.  This ocean-view property boasts a restaurant that is purely organic!  

Down south, at the Hotel Île Rousse Thalassotherapy & Spa in delightful Bandol, chef Bruno Chastagnac invents sun-filled dishes with audacity and precision.  
Last but not least, two Michelin-starred chef Thierry Marx, from Hotel Mandarin Oriental in Paris, sponsored the "Labels Qualité Spa-A" awards ceremony in 2012.  He is among one of France's veritable "Top Chefs."
