Medieval market on the Place du Châtel
Gardes-Foires de champagne association invites you to discover the 5th edition of the medieval Christmas market where craftsmen will share their passion for occupations from the Middle Age. Authentic, this market will be further enlivened by troubadours, jugglers and magicians! Find also a nightlife market with a medieval ball, illuminations with candles and fire shows which will transform the “Place du Châtel” into a magical spot.
In the school yard, children can play with wooden games, practice archery and have a pony ride.

Living scene of Saint Francis
It recounts the life of Saint Francis of Assisi, who went ith his father, a wealthy Italian cloth merchant on the famous fairs of Provins.
Saint Francis of Assisi was the first one to reconstruct a representation of the Nativity in 1223 near Greccio. The second part of the show takes us back to the basics of the Christian ear. Not less than 50 actors, beef, donkey, wolf, sheep, falcon, sheepdogs, camels of the Three Magi and Christmas songs will make us relive the Nativity Story.

Tale and magic in the underground galleries
Grown-ups and toddlers are welcome in the mystic undergrounds in the maze of their galleries for one moment of pure escape, magic, mysteries and stories... Follow the path of our storytellers.

Saturday evening, in upper room of the Grange aux Dîmes (Tithe Barn), you will meet Bertin, Bertille, Père Conil and Dame Oiselle Sidonie, to learn some medieval dances and have a good time sharing a traditional soup.
